Live, work, and—most importantly—play at Abeja

At Abeja District, you’re living in one of the fastest growing and most vibrant cities in the Greater Toronto Area. One of strongest pulls for Vaughan’s newest residents are the recreational amenities, which are wonderful for young families, sports enthusiasts, thrill seekers, and anyone looking to stay active.

Canada’s Wonderland

Abeja District is just within walking distance of Canada’s premier amusement park. Canada’s Wonderland features the country’s largest supercoasters, as well as other rides, games, shows and attractions. There’s a 20-acre waterpark to enjoy in the summer, and festivals at other times of the year, including Halloween Haunt in the Fall and Winterfest in the lead-up to the holidays.

Sports Village

Vaughan’s Sports Village is less than 10 minutes away from Abeja District. As the hub for local sports and intramural leagues. It features four NHL sized hockey ricks, five outdoor beach volleyball courts, a rock-climbing wall, and a skate park.

YMCA

Just south of Abeja District is the new YMCA at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. When construction is finished, it’ll include a full-sized gymnasium, two pools, steam rooms, whirlpools, weight room, and a fully equipped multi-purpose fitness facility. It’ll also host group fitness classes, swimming lessons, and provide new options for fully licenced childcare in the area.

Don’t feel like going out? Abeja also includes plenty of amenities for staying active and enjoying time with family and friends right on site. We believe that play is one of the most important parts of life and we’ve designed Abeja with that in mind.
